What is the difference between traditional lease and flex office space? + -

In simple terms, we as a flex office space provider take care of all the headaches associated with assessing the premises, setting up, running, etc. With a traditional lease, it usually has to be done in-house, so one of our key advantages in our coworking office spaces is cost savings, as there is no investment required and no amortization as business needs change.

If I rent a private office, what benefits can I expect? + -

We are happy to include in the membership fee the necessary customization of a personal office at our own expense, some free hours for use of the meeting rooms in our coworking office, and special pricing for additional residents. Can I terminate my membership contract before the commitment period expires? + -
